Jon Allen Construction uses the Lead Carpenter Concept in all our remodeling projects. This concept allows us to keep our overhead at a much more manageable level than most contractors, allowing us to pass the savings on to the homeowner. The Lead Carpenter Concept also allows for a single point of contact with total responsibility for all phases of a project. Pre-Construction meetings one of three between homeowners and Lead Carpenters establishes a homeowner/contractor Team for the project and eliminates many of the frustrations typically associated with a remodeling project.
